The 11th IT Regatta, now known as The Equinix Silicon Cup, will take place in September 2010 and is targeted to attract 80+ yachts, 800+ attendees and should raise over £75K for charity.
Entrants at The Equinix Silicon Cup have been many and varied with the majority returning each year. Competing teams include; manufacturers, Channel Partners, IT departments and other related suppliers. The majority of the key industry players are represented albeit in a variety of guises. Logos from Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, Symantec, Intel, System Professional, Pillar Data Systems, IBM and Attenda are all to be seen adorning the yachts.
